This is only the second time we have bottled a cabernet franc. Usually the franc is included in the cabernet sauvignon blend, but in 2005 we decided to hold out one very special barrel of of franc, and here it is!

Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon is the primary wine made at Wing Canyon. We always blend the cabernet with varying amounts of estate Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The resulting wines are packed with flavors of dark red fruit (cherries, raspberries, plums and currants), hints of Mt. Veeder chaparral and spice with firm, ripe tannins. Available Vintages

Estate Chardonnay

We make only 48 cases of Chardonnay from our steep mountain vineyard. Half of this wine is consumed at Wing Canyon, which leaves only a few cases to sell to the public. The wine is crisp and lemony with great concentration, fresh fruit and interesting mountain spice and mineral notes. Aged 1 year in semi-neutral French oak following barrel fermentation, the oak flavor components are nicely ... Available Vintages

LOLITA Merlot

Our LOLITA merlot is the only wine we make using grapes from other Mt Veeder vineyards, in addition to a small percentage of our estate cabernet sauvignon. The wine is aged in American as well as French oak. The resulting wine is sexy and exotic, perfect with all sorts of food. Available Vintages
