Our Wines

	Estate Chardonnay We make only 24 cases of Chardonnay from our steep mountain vineyard. Most of this wine is consumed at Wing Canyon, which leaves only a few cases to sell to the public. The wine is crisp and lemony with great concentration, fresh fruit and interesting mountain spice and mineral notes. 	Estate Cabernet Franc This is only the third time we have bottled a cabernet franc. Usually the franc is included in the cabernet sauvignon blend, but in 2007 we decided to hold out one very special barrel of of franc, and here it is! Available Vintages
	Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Cabernet Sauvignon is the primary wine made at Wing Canyon. We always blend the cabernet with varying amounts of estate Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The resulting wines are packed with flavors of dark red fruit (cherries, raspberries, plums and currants), hints of Mt. Veeder chaparral and spice with firm, ripe tannins. Available Vintages
	LOLITA Merlot Our LOLITA merlot is the only wine we make using grapes from other Mt Veeder vineyards, in addition to a small percentage of our estate cabernet sauvignon. The wine is aged in American as well as French oak. The resulting wine is sexy and exotic, perfect with all sorts of food. Available Vintages
